Paul Quarrington (1953 – 2010)

Really sad to see the passing of a multi-talented guy.  Paul was an outstanding musician and one of the country’s finest writers.  When my novel Jukebox was published a couple of years back, I asked him for a blurb for the back cover and he was so gracious in giving me one. He really didn’t know me all that well. But later we hooked up and shared a few pints up at the Black Sheep in Wakefield and emailed each other back and forth and were just getting to know one another when he fell ill.  My condolences to his family. He was, and will continue to be, a true inspiration.
